Important Rental Information

Rates are based on an 8-hour day, 40-hour week and 160-hours per 4 weeks (Monthly) 

Additional hours accumulated will be billed accordingly.  All units subject to availability.  Weather days are built into weekly and 4 weekly rates.  Rates do not include sales tax, loss-damage waiver, freight, or environmental fees.

Fuel Charges

All units are rented with a full tank of fuel.  Make-up fuel added on return will be charged to the customer.

Preventative Maintenance

Renter is responsible for notification to Dean Machinery for fluid-change service at 250-hour intervals. 

Daily Inspection, Maintenance and Safekeeping 

Renter is responsible for conducting daily inspection and routine maintenance of the equipment. Inspection and maintenance procedures can be found in the manufacturer's operation and maintenance manuals provided with the equipment.

Rent to Rent

All rent to rent agreements are intended to provide equipment usage for a limited period of time.  Any intention of renting to own must be considered and discussed with your sales representative.  Rental machines are for sale at all times and are subject to swap-out as necessary.

Purchase Options

Purchase option rental rates are available on request from your salesman.  Plans are tailored to meet your particular business needs

Loss Damage Waiver

If renter has accepted and paid for the damage waiver, renters responsibility is usually limited to $1,000.  Loss damage waiver only covers Fire, Theft and Vandalism of the equipment.  Excluded from Loss damage waiver coverage is, but not limited to:  Negligence, Rollover, Overloading or exceeding the rated capacity of the equipment, electric currents, tire damage.
