Terms and Conditions

Lessee agrees to return machine clean and in good condition, less normal wear and tear with a full tank of fuel. If machine is returned dirty or low of fuel, cleaning and fuel servicing charges will apply.

Standard rental rates based on single shift at 160 hours a month, 40 hours a week, and 8 hours a day. Additional hours accumulated will be billed accordingly. Rates do not include sales tax, insurance, or freight.

Overtime rate = 100% of standard rate

Renter's Responsibilities:

Unless otherwise noted, normal maintenance and service of machine, including changing all lubricants and fluids at required intervals. Empire offers on-site lube and oil service at an additional cost: contact (480) 633-4340 for more information. Replacing teeth and cutting edges as needed. All damages to rubber tires. Damage charges not to exceed cost of new tires.
