Wagner Equipment Co. eBusiness customer portal gives you not only online access to your customer information, but also allows you to request services online.

My Overview:
Home:
Information about Wagner news, promotions or events.
Accounting Information:
View your Accounts Payable Aging, Credit Limits, and Monthly Statements. Just select the account you want to view and click the View button. With Accounts Payable Aging you can drill down by clicking on one of the categories under the “Age” column. This will display line item detail of your invoices.
Clicking on an invoice number will display a PDFformatted invoice that you can print or save as a file. Additionally, PDF-formatted monthly statements are also available under the Accounting Information Tab.

My Machines:
View your equipment and attachments information. Sort by Year/ Manufacturer, Model No., Serial No. or Equipment No.
Request service or service quotes.
Update Scheduled Maintenance Unit (SMU) hours, remove, or add, to your equipment list.
On the far right side of the screen, there are four buttons which display more information:
WO – Current open work orders.
SL – Current or completed safety related service letters.
WAR – Active or expired warranty information.
CFG – Original machine configuration of the equipment if it’s available.

My Rental Information:
Here you have the ability to view all of your Rental Information with Wagner Rents and Wagner Equipment Co. from one convenient location. Review current rentals, and sort the information by Contract No., Estimated Rental End Date, Model No., Equipment No., and Serial No.
You even have the ability to update the SMU hours on the equipment you have rented without leaving the site. You will also be able to view Wagner Rents Product Lines and view current Rental Rates. Additionally, you will find your Accounting Information under the same location.
This will give you the same functionality as the Accounting Information Tab.
Additional reporting capabilities will include historical reporting such as Rental History by
Month and Type of Equipment, Contractor Supplies by Month and Type. Additional financial reporting will include Rental Costs by Month and Type of Equipment and Contractor Supplies Costs by Month and Type of Items.

My Applications:
PartStore, Document Review, Equipment Data, and Service Information Systems (SIS) Web for licensed users. Scheduled Oil Sampling (SOS) Web will be available if you use Wagner’s Oil Lab to process your machine oil samples. If you have Product Link capable machines, you can also access our Equipment Manager application.
