Barloworld Equipment - The Cat® Rental Store was established in 2002 and included rental offerings that comprised of earthmoving equipment from a two-ton skid steer loader right up to a forty-ton articulated truck. At the time we had also offered a variety of industrial equipment such as compressors, handheld tools, and work tools (attachments) for use of skid steer loaders. Over the years we have streamlined our business to focus on what we do best, Earthmoving Equipment. We currently offer rental solutions that meet the needs of customers in various industries such as farming, construction, industrial, material handling, mining, and contract mining.
Our equipment at The Cat Rental Store is either brand new or very low hour units. We constantly swop out machines at given-hour brackets to ensure customers have new equipment on-site to meet their performance needs. The aged equipment from the rental fleet is available to customers to purchase as Cat Certified Used (CCU) and comes with a standard 12 month/3000-hour warranty. All CCU equipment undergoes rigorous checks and inspection to ensure equipment delivered to customers meets the Barloworld and Cat quality promise.
